Although the food wasn't as authentic as we'd hoped, it was delicious modern Vietnamese and we really enjoyed ourselves. I can remember the service wasn't great (I think we had to ask for our cocktails three times) but the main gripe was that on a busy Saturday night the noise levels were unbearable, especially due to the number of covers they had crammed in there. Saying that, I'd definitely go back but at a quieter time (e.g. early evening). :) I took my hubby to Bam Bou for his birthday back in February as we visited Vietnam last November.
