I've never heard of this technique! I use the classic, throwing the eggs into boiling water and timing 3 minutes.

Its very hit or miss, so I'll give this a try!

Was just checking back in and wanted to say thanks. I am enjoying discovering how natural it feels to write and to write in a certain way but it is a slow slow process. Sometimes, like yesterday, it came so easily. Sometimes, like 90% of the time, I still overthink. Hope you enjoy the book. I'm looking forward to having a proper dig around your archives soon.

I am so glad you enjoyed the broth! Isn't it great about the spring greens? It really confused me when I first saw them! I love them with the chorizo though and it's always great when another blogger makes one of my recipes and loves it :)

Hi, was just enjoying your blog when I noticed the nod to sherry with chorizo - one of my favourite combos. Hope you don't mind if I link your post to my blog? And if you're a sherry fan let me know and I'll keep you in the Jerez loop!

Oh yes, the simpler the better - the seasoning comes from the fennel seeds and garlic.

I'd always advise using good quality meat though, happy pigs make for tasty sausages!

Hope you love it.
