What's in Season


September

Cep/Porcini MushromSeptember is harvest season, loads of different vegetables around, and wild mushrooms are in season. Plus game is coming back in so treat yourself to some rich dishes using either or both of these. 

The apples are now quite delicious so you can eat them raw quite happily. The jam berries are in full swing, so if you feel like making jam now's the time.
