Flageolet bean hummus

This is a super quick, super tasty lunch dip. Eat it with crudites/toasted bread, lunch in under 10 minutes!

  • 1 tin flageolet beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lemon
  • S&P
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
Method/steps
  1. Drain beans, skin garlic
  2. blitz all ingredients together in a whizzer (I had to do mine in two parts as the bowl is little, if yours is too split wet stuff in two as well as beans)
Additional tips
Try this with other pale beans you have lurking in the cupboard
